28th Annual Pancake Breakfast and Silent Auction to benefit the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio. Saturday, April 18th, 2026. All you can eat pancakes, eggs, hash browns, sausage, grits, coffee and juice. $7.00 per person
KFNWO at Northwood Community Center
On November 18th, 2025, the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio (KFNWO), in collaboration with the Northwood Community Center and the UToledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, conducted blood pressure, glucose, and A1C screenings at the Northwood Community Center located in Northwood, Ohio.
KFNWO at Eastern Community YMCA
On November 13th, 2025, the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio (KFNWO), in collaboration with the Eastern Community YMCA and the UToledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, conducted blood pressure, glucose, and A1C screenings at the Eastern Community YMCA located in Oregon, Ohio.
KFNWO at St. Lucas Lutheran Church
On October 23rd, 2025, the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio (KFNWO), in collaboration with the St. Lucas Lutheran Outreach Program and the UToledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, conducted blood pressure, glucose, and A1C screenings at the St. Lucas Lutheran Church located in the Old South End of Toledo.
Lucas County Senior Expo
On September 16, the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio had the privilege of partnering with the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences Dept. at the Lucas County Senior Expo to provide blood pressure, blood glucose, and A1C screenings to the seniors who attended.

On September 30th, the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio had the privilege of partnering with the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences Dept. at the Lucas County Senior Expo to offer blood pressure, glucose, and A1C screenings to seniors.
3rd Annual Tribute Concert for Kyle Peterson
Our Community Outreach Coordinator, Paul Viafranco, had a great time at the 3rd Annual Tribute Concert for Kyle Peterson on Oct 4th at Great Black Swamp Brewing Company. The event benefited the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio and Diabetes Youth Services, whose organizations help those facing diabetes and kidney issues.
