    On August 16th, the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio (KFNWO), together with the UToledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Department, had the pleasure of providing A1C screenings at the Black Men’s Wellness event at Jesup Wakeman Scott High School in Toledo’s Old West End. It was truly an inspiring day of fun, brotherhood, and health!

    On July 31st, the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio (KFNWO), in collaboration with Mercy Health Nurses and the UToledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, conducted blood pressure, glucose, and A1C screenings at the Leading Families Home (LFH) facility located on Ashland Avenue in the Old West End of Toledo.

Free On-Site Health Screenings - We'll be providing blood pressure, glucose, and A1C tests to help identify risk factors for chronic kidney disease — right there on the spot.
